How to Create A Job Post
Here are some helpful tips to make your job listing stand out.

Professional Women in Construction
PWC is a national nonprofit organization that seeks to support, advance, and connect women and promote diversity within the architecture, engineering, construction, (AEC) and related industries.
In 1980, eight women banded together to attend industry events realizing their presence would be stronger together than individually. This is the essence of PWC - together we are stronger.
When you are logged into the PWC Philly InfoHub, click on the job board feature in the left-hand navigation.
You will see the job board with all our currently active job postings.
Click on the "add" button on the top right corner to see the form shown here.
Complete the form:
- Title: We recommend sharing the job title and name of your company. For example: "Volunteer Web Designer, Professional Women in Construction Philadelphia Chapter"
- Description: We recommend adding the typical job posting here. If you are comfortable with editing using HTML code or the formatting tools, please do! Use color, photos, tables, bullets.
- Search Description: Please add helpful key words here such as sector, job role area, etc. For example: "Nonprofit-sector, AEC industries, marketing design"
- Job Type: Is this Full-time, part-time, etc.?
- Education Level: What is the minimum level of education required?
- Experience Level: How many years of experience are required?
- Job Function: What department will this role reside in?
- What is the position: Enter the job listing in this format: [Title of job], [Company Name]
- Sponsor Pilot Code: For our sponsors who have agreed to try our launch, please enter the code provided when you registered. For all others, please use the code "PWC Philly"
- Company Logo: Please upload the corporate logo here
- Contact (Can Edit): Who is the company member who has access to the infohub membership login? Please note: this person can edit and delete this job posting.
- Posted by: Defaults to the member listed above
- Publishing Package: Please select the package that applies to your membership status. If you select a purchase plan, you will be directed to enter your credit card information below.
- Publish Start: This defaults to today
- Publish End: This defaults to 30 days from today.
- Search Results Image: This is the image that shows up on the job board. We recommend using your company logo or an image that promotes the job and/or culture.
- Other images: Please feel free to include any images that promote your organization and the PWC Philadelphia mission of inclusivity.
Once you have entered all this information (and credit card information, if applicable), you will see a blue "submit" button appear.
Click this "submit" button and your listing will be sent to the PWC Philadelphia administrative team for approval. You can usually expect this to be approved within 24 hours.
